Cassidy Beck invited me to her podcast. It was so fun! You are welcome to watch the YouTube interview.
In the middle of the podcast she shares about a book she published "Sheep Chronicles Baptism", if you want to know about that, I have it available in my store section.
Heavenly Father wants me to focus on eternal things.
What does Doctrine and Covenants 132:13 teach us about things of the world? Maybe you and your children could pack a suitcase or backpack with items representing things that, according to Doctrine and Covenants 130:2, 18–19; 132:19, we can take with us into the next life.
This is so fun, I would tell students to pretend we are going on a trip to heaven, but we can only pack things that last forever. Do the sorting, then share the scripture, or do it while you are sorting, with scripture verses included on the pictures. For older students, have them look up the scripture before they put it in the suitcase.
Here is a small suitcase if you want everyone to have their own.

Here is a big one for teaching that all the students can share.

Mix up the worldly things with the eternal things on the floor or a table, and have them find the Eternal things to put in the suitcase.

Great idea to select a clip from this amazing talk about thinking Celestial. I remember going to a temple open house right after this talk was given and listening to another family with young children walk into the Celestial room. They turned to their Mom and said, "Think Celestial!" They remembered the prophet's words!(:
This week's game.
I have a scripture treasure hunt (in my store) where they can answer rhythmic questions and find clues about Eternal Treasures.
Here is a sample:

This is available in black and white. These are in zipped files. If you have any problems at all, you can message me on Etsy, and I have a very simple way to get it to you.

God blesses me as I obey His laws.
Perhaps a simple comparison could teach your children about obeying God’s commandments. For example, you could ask them to give you directions to walk somewhere, like to a school or Church building. What happens when we don’t follow the directions? Then you could read Doctrine and Covenants 130:21 and compare these directions to the commandments God has given us.
For younger students. Have them put these in the correct order. It would be fun to mix them up and ask, "Why can't we put the pancake batter in the pan before gathering all the supplies?" Or "What if we poured the pancake batter on our sidewalk outside?" Then read Doctrine and Covenants 130:21 and ask whether we can receive blessings without being obedient to the laws.

For older Students
You might also sing together a song about obedience, such as “Keep the Commandments” (Children’s Songbook, 146–47), and look for words in Doctrine and Covenants 130:20–21 and 132:5 that are similar to those in the song. How does God bless us as we strive to keep His commandments?

Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ have immortal physical bodies.
After reading Doctrine and Covenants 130:22 together, you and your children could look at a picture of Jesus Christ and point to His eyes, His mouth, and other parts of His body. Your children could point to those same parts of their own bodies. Tell them why it’s important to you to know that our bodies look like Heavenly Father’s and Jesus’s bodies.

You could laminate this and have all the kids draw themselves and wipe it off for the next child.

Heavenly Father made it possible for families to be together forever.
Help your children find examples of things that do not last forever—food that spoils, flowers that wilt, and so on. Then look at Doctrine and Covenants 132:19 together and find key phrases like “everlasting covenant,” “sealed,” “through all eternity,” and “forever and ever.” (See also “Chapter 55: A Revelation about Marriage,” in Doctrine and Covenants Stories, 198, or the corresponding video in Gospel Library.) You could also look at pictures of your family and testify that the Lord has made it possible, through the ordinances and covenants of the temple, for families to last forever.

Cut them out, and put them in an envelope or attach them together with a paper clip to represent the sealing power that can make our families eternal.
It would be good to seal the envelope with a sticker or tape.

This is from 4 years ago, but I'm keeping it here for families, and primary teachers that would like to use it.
Heavenly Father wants me to gain knowledge and intelligence.
Many things we obtain in this life will not go with us into the next life. But our “knowledge and intelligence” will (Doctrine and Covenants 130:19).
Possible Activities
Ask the children to share with you something they are learning about in school or from their parents. Invite them to read Doctrine and Covenants 130:18–19 to find out what will happen to our knowledge and intelligence in the next life.
What does verse 19 teach about how we gain knowledge and intelligence? How can we be diligent and obedient as we seek to learn? (For more on this topic, see “Education” in For the Strength of Youth [pages 9–10].)
I got some stickers from the dollar store for the kids, but you can just have them color in the circles, as they track their activities for the week, or as long as you challenge them to.

Hello! I love your page and amazing ideas! So great for people like me that lack creativity. When you say to sort the pictures for the suitcases, do you mean put them upside down on the floor and have them pick? I’m confused😆
