March 24-30, 5th Sunday Youth lesson.

5th Sunday lesson. I have a couple of ideas. I was listening to the Follow Him podcast:

About 3/4 (48:13) of the way through, Dr. Richardson compares the armor of God to taking the sacrament. I love it! "The sacrament promise we make is like putting on a helmet, always remembering Him. The helmet will protect our thoughts....." (mentions other armor pieces).

I suggest dressing up a youth volunteer in this armor as you learn about the sacrament. (:

I think this is a great visual way for the youth to understand how the sacrament protects them.
