May 27- June 2 "The Son of Man Shall Come"
Updated: May 30, 2019

Here we go. First activity: This was a huge amount of work, but I had the idea and I just had to do it. Cut out the sheep and goat's bodies and see if the kids can match where they go, on the main sheet. I made the bodies very similar on purpose, so the kids have to decide from the scripture and the pictures where it should go, and then from there it is a simple puzzle.

You can chose to have Christ displayed on the wall or floor with the sheep on his right and the goats on the left, or.... you can finish all the matching and then read the scripture Matt 25:34, and Matt 25:41, and have the kids place the completed pages where the scriptures tell them to.

This would also be a great File Folder game.

This can be a coloring page or a help for Primary Teachers:

In Come Follow Me- for Primary, pg 82 middle of the page it says: Write a note to the children telling each of them about the gifts and abilities you notice in them. This is a cute way to do that.

Here is another idea for talents.

We pass out Come Follow Me activities to all our primary before they go home on Sunday, and the older primary kids won't take the "handout" unless it looks challenging. So this is for those Senior Primary kids. The art was taken from the Friend Magazine.
Update: This has been fixed

This is an idea from the Primary Manuel. I had my little girl on my lap when I was making it. We had a fun time talking about all the people and where she might serve her mission.

Here is a cute Missionary, for those kids that like to assemble.

I could make paper "Talents" or coins, but I really think different textures are good for small children. You can act out the story using real coins, or pennies. If you are hiding it in playdough....even better.
I absolutely love this picture. So I made a coloring page from the beautiful art work of Sandra Rast.

Update: We had our "Sheep, Goat" lesson yesterday, and it inspired the kids to want to go visit our elderly neighbors. So I made this little tag. hope it might help you too. If you missed doing this, next week is "Love One another" so you can still do it.

My sister doesn't own a printer, so she was very happy about the links I had on here. I hope they can help. They have some really cute ideas.

A very talented lady named Stacy Ferguson, makes these free posters every week. I asked her if I can share them here, for those of you who make a family bulletin board. Or if you are like me, and just want to put it on your fridge.

For those of you who haven't seen the summer schedule yet, click on the picture to take you there.
Have a great holiday weekend!
