DIY updating thrift store finds, spray painting glass, farmhouse flower arrangements.
Updated: Oct 2
This was given to me from my talented Mother who made it when she was in college. I love it, but it is dated.
I first wiped it down and sprayed it with primer. It is better to do light coats and let it dry and come back and spray more later...especially on a project like this it drips really easily.
After spraying it with primer I sprayed it with Color place spray paint.
I found the lambs ear and flowers at Walmart. It was only $1 each lamb ear, and $4 the the lavender bushel.
And that is how it turned out. I made the table runner from 2 napkins found at Tuesday morning. Fabric stores are lacking in Farmhouse material, so it's good to keep an eye out for cute fabric in tea towels and napkins.
This is just soo fun!
Have a great day.
